What’s new for the new year

We hope everyone had an awesome Christmas and New Year and that everyone got a chance to play all the games they wanted over the holidays with their family and friends. Also, we want to wish everyone peace and health in 2020! We hope everyone this year build new friendships and the best way to do that is to play new games. Speaking of new games…read our next section below.

We are currently working on a new game called Alien Evasion. Think of it like Pandemic meets Exploding Kittens. Alien Evasion is a cooperative Take that, Set Collection, and Hand Management game. The game can last between 30-45 minutes, for ages 10 and up, and for 2-5 players. There is also a Competitive Mode to the game.

Beyond the stars, through the nebulas, and the far reaches of the galaxies, lies a planet that are occupied by different but cute little aliens. This planet is so incredible that they all left their planet to come here for their yearly vacation. But little did they know, the planet is doomed for destruction and approaching a supernova.

Collect your aliens and rearrange them in a way that makes it efficient and sufficient to launch your rockets. Escape with as many available rockets as possible to gain Victory Points. Gain the required Victory Points to win the game.

Will you be able to meet the challenge and help these aliens return to their home planet and be known as the greatest hero in the galaxy?

We will have events throughout the year to play test the game. We have a few local events and conventions we are attending and have already posted them on our Facebook — please go check it out. We are working on getting a calendar page on our website for those that don’t have Facebook. But for now check the next section for a list of events and conventions we will be this month.

Everyone that preordered the game should have received it by now, well for the exception of some international folks.

If you are still struggling on how to play the game, just watch the video — it’s much easier than reading the rulebook. There is a QR code on the back of the gamebox or page 4 of the rulebook. But do use the rulebook to refer to the rules on ways of gaining KOG Tokens and playing game variants.

For those of you that preordered the game, we are still hard at work on the downloadable assets. Here’s the progress so far:

  • Reference cards (Complete)
  • Solo Mode (Final Draft, In review)
  • Branching Path Mode (Final Draft, In review)
  • Drinking Mode (Final Draft, In review)
  • Gambling Mode (Draft)
